Step 1: Psychometric Assessment – Cognitive Aptitude Test – a quick and effective way of highlighting the skill sets we look for in the potential candidate.
Step 2: English Assessment – As a global company, all our job roles include this assessment to ensure the correct standard of English we recruit for.
Step 3: Skills Assessment – This is the first part of the hiring process that is role-specific and assesses one’s skill and knowledge whether specialized or general.
Step 4: Real Work Step – Similar to Step 3, this is focused on role-specific knowledge. The questions are based on real work scenarios that allow the participant to be creative and go into detail.
