Frequently Asked Questions

You can hire a virtual assistant for practically anything.

We have VAs that specialize in a diverse range of tasks such as Administration, Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Shopify Development Services, Shopify SEO Services, Product Sourcing, Google AdWords Campaign, Google Shopping Ad Services, Bing Ads Management, Bing Shopping Ads Management, Facebook Ads Management, Email Marketing Services, Social Media Management, and Search Engine Optimizations.

Anyone who values their time, energy & money and requires help with administrative tasks can work with a VA. Our clients are individuals who want to lead a well-balanced life with enough free time for their personal or business-related endeavours. Authors, speakers, realtors, brokers, entrepreneurs, sales people, consultants, executives, professionals, coaches – practically anyone who requires extra helping hands for administrative or operational tasks can hire a virtual assistant.

  • Do my hours rollover?

Yes. If you have any time leftover from one project, we can simply add it to your next one. For example, you paid for 10 hours of service from your VA, but they completed the tasks within 8. The remaining 2 hours will be added to your next project at VA for Hire.

  • Can my VA make purchases for me on my behalf?

Yes! In fact, many of our VAs (Amazon, eBay, Shopify, Product Sourcing) will be directly dealing with your suppliers and negotiating prices on your behalf if you ask them to.

  • Can my VA do design work for me?

That depends on what your design needs are. If you’re hiring VAs for Social Media Management, you can expect all your feed content to be designed by them. Similarly, if you’re hiring a Shopify Development VA, they will help you design your entire Shopify store.

Yes, If you need help organizing your email inbox and with email management in general, our Administrative VAs will be more than happy to assist you.

Absolutely! Your VA is here to assist you in everything, and making outbound calls to your clients, suppliers, and customers falls under that.

We provide both part-time and full-time employees. However, in our experience, we’ve seen that most people generally start off with part-timers and make the transition to hiring full-time VAs when they see the various tasks that can be outsourced.

You may even end up building your own team of virtual assistants depending on the size of your business.

You are free to terminate your agreement anytime. You can also upgrade or downgrade before your next invoice. We’re firm believers of letting our clients have all the power because we always deliver what we promise. You call all the shots. Moreover, if our services are not to your liking, you can bring it to our attention immediately and we will replace your VA.

We’ll schedule an initial consultation where we discuss your business requirements and get an understanding of what type of assistant you need. Keeping that in mind, you’ll be provided with a subscription plan of your choosing. Once you sign up, you can start working with your VA ASAP.

You can communicate with your VA through your preferred communication media such as Google Hangouts, Skype, WhatsApp, WeChat, or Email.

Our virtual assistants are monitored by the members of our management team through project management software. We also provide a comprehensive report on your VA’s daily progress with details that include:

  • Time taken to complete tasks
  • Webpage monitoring
  • Screenshots every 3 minutes
  • Start & finish times
  • Number of breaks taken

Another way you could personally track your VA’s time is through collaborating with them on a paid app called Time Doctor.

Our default price for all services starts from $8/hour. If you want to opt for customized packages, you will be charged according to the extra services you require.

We accept payment via Paypal and credit card.

Every client has a dedicated manager that is responsible for answering all questions related to their assigned VA. Your manager will be your primary point of contact regarding your business operations and expectations. They also make sure that your VA is performing at high efficiency and meeting all your business needs. Aside from that, our customer service support is available 24/7, 365 days. In the event that you are unable to contact your manager, you can simply reach out to us through our website and we’ll be with you ASAP.

Of course! There’s a short period of time where we make sure systems are up and running, and after that your VA will require hardly any supervision from you. Remote workers do not have any of the distractions that are usually typical in offices, so they can work for hours on end without any disruptions. We monitor our VAs’ task outputs daily to ensure that everything is running on track as well. You’ll be given thorough reports on the daily task progress of your VA, so you’ll be kept in the loop about the project in every working hour.

It’s highly unlikely but if it does happen, your VA will communicate with their assigned manager who will immediately reach out to you via email, phone, or text. There’s no need to worry as there are multitudes of tasks that can be accomplished during this time.

Our time-tracking and project management software tools are installed on our end. We keep things as simple as possible for our clients and try to work with applications they’re already comfortable with such as Skype or email. If any program needs to be installed from your end to complete specialised tasks, we will guide you through it step by step.

While our VAs are extremely resourceful individuals, even they have certain limits. Your virtual assistant can do anything that falls within their skillset and job description, as long as you’re not asking them to do anything immoral or illegal.

If you ask your VA to do things that they’re not qualified to do, you’d be setting yourself up for disappointment. If you expect your Administrative VA to do highly industry-specific tasks such as becoming your full-time publicist, you wouldn’t get the results you want. You’d either have to hire one of our Social Media Management VAs for that or hire an actual full-time publicist. What this means is that your VA cannot deliver at the level of industry professionals unless you’re specifically hiring them for those tasks.

That being said, feel free to ask your VA what they can or can’t do. Every competent virtual assistant knows how to utilize all the resources at their disposal to get things done for you. However, keep in mind that if you’re asking them to do something out of their job descriptions, you might not receive expert-level performance.

Yes, of course! Although it’s not expected, bonuses would be highly appreciated as they’re a sign of your happiness and satisfaction with your VA’s work. We recommend that you inform us of the amount you would like to reward and we’ll charge it to your next invoice before passing it onto your VA.
